So today as I was sitting in a meeting, everyone was talking about how hot it's been outside. that's when I realized I never even know what the temperature is because of the screaming ac in the office. While it's been a hot 99 in Salt Lake, it's a frosty 60 degrees in our building... I'm sure many can relate.
But this is really the best story of the day... so the earpiece on my treo 600 broke a couple days ago and the phone would only work on speaker mode--super frustrating. And of course I couldn't find time to go to the Sprint repair center because I'm at work all day. Today I finally got to head in. They told me they would fix the earpiece on my repair warranty, and that I should come back in 30 minutes... so I come back and they tell me they couldn't fix the phone. I was getting really mad (read envisioning talking on speaker indefinitely), until they came out with a new treo 755 box and said "it's your lucky day." love it when people say this with new electronics in their hands.
Long story short, they couldn't fix my old phone and gave me the new $700 treo for free! Note to everyone with a treo 600: break it and get an upgrade asap.

This is hilarious! My friend Kari sent me an email that said she started a blog for her family and so I was on her site checking it out when I started clicking on some of her friends and family links. Anyway, I was on Jon and Ashley's site (whom I don't know) when I saw the name Mitch and Shannon under her friends and family links...I thought what could be the chances. So I clicked on the name and it was the same Mitch and Shannon that I know too! The funny thing is that we are using the same template. Ha Anyway, hope you guys are having a blast in Europe! Mitch I am glad you got a new phone!!! And Shannon your mom and the kids are having a great vacation and should be back next week. Alls quiet on the home front here. :) Check out our blog

Aaah! I didn't know you were blogging Shannon! How long has this been going on without my knowledge?
So, I miss you. Also, I'm aware that I haven't responded to your emails nor have I sent the thank you card that I made back in july (lost a forty dollar roll of stamps in the move and haven't worked up the courage--or gathered the money--to buy a new roll.)That's my excuse, at least.
How are you. Congrats on the new gadget, by the way. Have you moved yet?
