Twilight Ruined.

If you are a Stephenie Meyer fan, you will understand my disappointment upon learning that this fellow will be playing the one and only Edward Cullen in the upcoming movie. I just may have to boycott the film because I'll tell you for sure that is not what he looks like in my head!! On her website Meyer said that she doesn't have control over who the studio chooses for the parts, which is completely absurd. She should be the one casting! The studios may just ruin this one for me...

Oh my gosh they need to do a new casting call! Eww! He doesn't even come close to being as dreamy as Edward is in my head! ;)

Oh sad...he is DEFINITELY not up to par. Maybe they'll do something amazing to him in make up and he'll somehow fit the part. (That's probably our only hope for now.) :-(

Isn't that Cedric Diggory? Didn't he die at the hands of He Who Must Not Be Named? Whose idea was it to cast a British guy anyway...Edward had straight teeth in my head as well as normal eyebrows. I wholeheartedly agree with Shannon.

I'm alright with him cause I am a Jacob fan. *runs and ducks for cover*

Haha! He is just not what I had in mind. How funny, though. I bet there will be scores of disappointed Mormon girls :)

I don't think anyone could live up to the Edward in my head :) I agree, though, I don't think I can see the movie...it will ruin it for me.

HOW DISSAPOINTING! He is ....too feminine. I imagined someone bigger, stronger, darker (hair), and ...i don't know ...jsut someone else. Yuck.

He doesnt even have golden hair and pale skin.

Eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwww! The book is always better than the movie anyway. What a bummer. He looks like a 6th grader that just got a swirly. And needs some eyebrow help. That is Caterpillar Man. NOT Edward.

That's actually pretty much how I imagined him. Not what I would find devastatingly handsome, but what an annoying teenage girl would (read: him). Alone here?

Now that I've actually started reading Twilight.... I have to agree. It's already in post-production too. icky.

Does this mean that if they make other movies he'll still be in them?
