This weekend Mitch packed bags up after work on Friday and surprised me with a trip to Solitude's mountain resort, our favorite ski spot. We've only been able to make it up to Solitude several times this year, so it was nice to spend some more time there. Also so nice to wake up 2 minutes from the slopes!
When we got down on Saturday, we headed to our favorite Italian spot, Caffe Molise! They use local farm and simple ingredients; everything is so fresh. We love it. Also loved the chocolate ganache and live band for vday!
