2009: Salt Lake 5k. Yes, I have been reminded that this year I should have moved up to the marathon, not cut the race into a fourth. This is regression at its finest. However I must say it was definitely a lot more relaxed jogging and chatting with Rachel than worrying about what mile I was on!

You go girls! If you ever need a heavy duty hiking/walking partner, I am in...
a 5k is still good. (and i have been waiting since i posted my 4th of july 5k last year to see yours...classic!)
i miss running in races. pretty much all races here are on sundays, which makes running tough.
Way to go girls!!! Well I did the half marathon last year and nothing this year, talk abut regression :)
Way to go! I wish we had fun races around here that weren't on Sunday.
ps - I got an eamil today about a Saturday race in two weeks! Hooray!
Haha, I majorly regressed after my half marathon. I still haven't reached my marathon yet, but I have run a 10k since my half. I guess that's something. Running is so satisfying, I think, but it can be really hard to be motivated sometimes, even when you know how good you feel after going for a good long run.
Man, if I were in your shoes I probably wouldn't have done anything this year! I give you mad props for doing the 5K!
You are so funny! And I am so proud of you. Seriously. You're still running!
Thanks again for "running" it with me - we'll have to do it again!
Sometimes, there's nothing like a good run to get rid of the stress of thinsg. Well done!
Ha! Now since you made the big announcement, we all know why you chose to do the 5K instead of the marathon :) Smart choice!
