Later we had a lovely dinner at Tuscany. I had the Clam/Vongole Linguine and Mitch had a Gorgonzola penne with basil, tomatoes, and roasted chicken.
Afterwards we had some of our late-night-willing friends over for cake. It was pretty late, but a lot of fun. When you're pregnant bedtime is usually 9:30pm. {And I think it's earlier once you have the baby!} If you have never been to Nothing Bundt Cakes you must try it! It is our favorite cakery in SLC. The cake is so moist it literally just melts away in your mouth, with a cream cheese frosting that is heavenly.
Next time, we'll have to make it earlier so I can get to bed on time and so we can invite everyone with kiddos too :)

(Sorry I'm so late, I didn't know)
It sounds like you had a great birthday, thanks to a yummy cake and a terrific hubby.
P.S. How do you know Jenny Hamilton. I grew up with her in Cali. What a small world.
I'm glad you had a good birthday! Thanks for having us over! Here's to next year - you'll have a little baby by then, so I'm sure it'll be earlier! :)
Happy Birthday! PS that is my favorite bakery.
Amazing cake; amazing husband; amazing sister.
What could be better? So sad I couldn't be there to celebrate with you but glad you have good friends and a wonderful husband to take care of things.
