Yesterday was Emerson’s 1 month birthday… this past month has flown by! I feel like he’s growing so much each day. His newborn clothes actually fit him now—at first everything was so baggy. It’s funny because most of the clothes I bought were either 0 –3 or 3 – 6 month sizes, but hardly any newborn sizes, as I was anticipating a huge baby, lol. Skinny little E fits just right into that NB size. Happy first month!

We also thought it’d be fun to take a picture in this chair each month and see how he grows. Right now he’s still trying to sit up by himself… let’s hope he can soon sit here.

He's adorable. I like the chair idea.
That is funny he just fits newborn stuff. Both of my babies fit in their 0-3 right off the bat! Well, it makes sense, Steve was almost 11 lbs. So my two 8 pounders are just right.
You won't believe what the next month will bring. That chair is going to get smaller so fast!

What a cutie! I love his little outfit too. It's nice when they don't grow too fast because you get to use their clothes more than once. I hope adjustment to parenting life continues to go well for you.
