Playing with friends… play dates make things much more fun for Emerson and for me.
(Emerson tried his first fruit snack, a gift from miss Lola. And can you believe that he didn’t like it? Who is this kid, really?)
Lola & Emerson: Bookworms.
The boys love the avocado spread from Jimmy John's. Yumm.
Playing in the snow with Emerson’s new gear. I’d say he’s just about the cutest boy I’ve ever seen in snow pants.
In the middle picture below E is standing and the snow’s up to his thighs, though it looks like he’s just kneeling.
Temple Square. Gorgeous this time of year, especially with a cup of hot cocoa.
Making a photo book for my dad for Christmas… check out this awesome picture I found of me and my mullet (and finger crayons) when we lived in Vermont. I believe this was taken at our cabin in Nova Scotia.
Seeing chick flicks with friends.
And the usual day-to-day activities like playing in boxes…
Add to this family events, church events, and Christmas planning and we’re set to have a pretty busy winter. We are praying the huge storm they keep saying will hit Seattle this winter doesn’t come while we’re there for the Holidays. The nice thing about Utah is that people are prepared for snow. If it snows 3 inches in Seattle almost everything is shut down.

Our boys DO look alike! That picture of E in the diaper box gave me deja vu.
PS the "word verification" I have to use is bra less. LOL!
OK, that picture of E in the box is probably among the cutest things I've ever seen! Again, we loved seeing you both the other day and can't wait to see you again soon!
Very cute pics! I have to say though that my mom is from Nova Scotia!
Adorable pictures! E's hair is getting so thick and long... I love it. And dare I say I see a faint resemblance to Caleb? We can definitely tell they are cousins. ;)
Um. Avocado Spread? Tell me more.
It really is a process to get them into snow gear...but they love it! I totally forgot about finger crayons. I used to love those. Tyler's favorite toy was his diaper box too!
