Emerson loves the snow, the playground, and basically anything that he can run and fall down on over and over again. Luckily we live across the street from a park with several slides, swings, tennis courts, and two baseball fields. Lots of playing room. Saiji and Emerson had so much fun at the park on Friday going down the slides. We put them at the top and just let them zoom down and they were squealing with delight. E was so so sad when we had to leave. Sorry bud!

This is how they would land every time—they shot down like little rockets on their backs, with their slick snow pants on. If you look at E’s face you can see how happy he is.
Our babe clearly loves the winter, just like Mitch. We'll see if Mitch can really get him skiing next year (a goal he's been talking about all winter--I'm still skeptical!).
