It’s been a great day so far… Emerson loved his Easter basket and carried it around all morning (even though Mitch and I ate his candy while he only got to play with his new toys) , our friends gave great talks on the Atonement and reminded me that understanding the Atonement is the central purpose of the Gospel (and life), we got to dress Emerson up and find an excuse to take some pictures of him, and we’ll be seeing Mitch’s family soon for a little Easter feast.
How big does this kid look? He looks like an elementary school student to me compared to my friends’ newborn babies.
Hope everyone is having a great Easter with family and friends. (As a side note, Emerson officially goes into nursery in 2 weeks; hallelujah! He has been ready for only about, oh, 7 months.)

Pretty sure that isn't the same little boy I saw last week.
Hannah is in nursery now. Glorious! He is going to love it. Emerson's tie might just be my favorite!
