Thanksgiving Weekend

We spent the holiday with my grandparents, mom & stepsister this year. I know I say it every year, but this is definitely my favorite holiday. No gifts, just time—time to relax, be with friends and family, and of course cook and eat.

Here are our attempts at a family picture on Thanksgiving. I have a feeling it will be a long time before my kids are old enough to listen when I ask them to look at the camera.2850711D-D22C-49A6-9456-54959E484371

We spend many weekends with our good friends watching movies or playing games. While we do so we love snapping pictures of our two cute girls in their PJs. We can’t wait until they are roomies at BYU in 2019.E48DE7B8-0F07-46BE-81C0-0A9B9EC7BFF8

And of course, my favorite part of the weekend—decorating for the holidays. Don’t even ask about the Bieber Christmas CD I purchased that my kids (and I) love. You should see Emerson dance to it. Mitch said it burns his ears. Ha!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Love the cute pic of you, Vieve, & your grandma.

We are decorating tonight & I can't wait. Might have to download the Beiber CD...per your recommendation, of course.

Glad you had such a great Thanksgiving. Your tree looks beautiful! I too wonder if we will ever get a family picture where we are all smiling and looking at the camera!

Shannon, Love the Tree and Thanksgiving pictures. Just one thing... the girls will only be 8 in 2019. I know they are super smart, but I don't think I will be ready to let them leave home in 8 years. I think their BYU start date will be more like 2029. Hahaha. Luv ya!
