This year we decided to plan my trip to see my sister with our annual couples trip to California with friends. Wow, it was a little crazy to be gone for 3 weeks, but I had a great time in Texas (and in California… more to come on that soon).
My first time traveling with both the kids alone. It was definitely tiring but the kids were really good.
Luckily Mitch’s flight to Lake Powell coincided with our flight, so he was able to help me through security and get us to the gate. So helpful!

I have so much respect for my sister after visiting! Running a home with 5 kids is tough tough work… she’s up at 4am every day, just to have the time to get everything done, keep the house clean, meals made, laundry done, family devotional every day with her kids, and lots of activities like dance, swimming, and scouts. She is super woman!
So many kids, so much fun.

All I can say is that I am impressed! So impressed. No idea how you or her do it. Way to be supermoms :)
Even though it is a little crazy, seeing them have a blast with their cousins makes it all worth it! I love the headphones idea!
