This guy will be 6 weeks tomorrow but I will try to keep posting about him every month, mainly because it’s so fun for me to look back and see where my kids have been at each month, to see how they differ and how they’re similar.
Henry is such a sweetie. He’s my first baby that actually likes to be cuddled and I am loving it! It’s so nice once you’re past your first baby because you know how to do the basic things easily (diaper changes, nursing, getting them to sleep, etc.) so you can just focus on loving them and snuggling. When H was first home from the hospital and Mitch was watching the other kids, all I did was cuddle Henry all day. It was pure bliss. I love newborns. Some details about H this month:
- Lots of smiles and coos
- Wakes up twice at night (around 2apm and then again usually around 5am). Hoping to drop that 2am feeding soon! I’m tired ;)
- Eats every 2-3 hours during the day
- His siblings love to hold him, help burp him after he eats, and help him when he’s sad
- He is long and skinny just like E was and looks so similar to him
To say the kids are having a hard time without all the attention would be an understatement!

Pretty much there is nothing in the world better than snuggling this guy!
