Gym.

I’ve been working the past 7 months to get this baby weight off. As of February I lost 40 lbs! I’ve been extremely tired yes, and getting to the gym at 5am is exhausting but I do feel really healthy. 2014-01-24 05.41.17 2014-01-01 12.03.05I love this place!!  The best classes, kids center, spa, hot tub, sauna, pool, & cafe. Way to go! That's some serious dedication. 5am is an ugly hour.

But, like you say, there's no better substitute for feeling healthy. I started doing cross fit in September and it has been a life-saver :)
