10 Days in the Desert

I made it through my 10 day intensive 3 credit course in the desert. We were in Bluff, Utah (4 corners region); I came to love the landscape, people, and history of the place. We hiked with archaeologists, heard from famous environmentalists, wrote and wrote some more, and of course spent the entire time with Terry Tempest Williams, fellow to my program and amazing naturalist writer. It was a beautiful trip packed full of knowledge, memories, and inspiration to help the environmental movement to address our global and local climate issues.
