Our New Townhome
Mitch & I are excited to announce that we signed on a new townhome several weeks ago. I haven't remembered to upload any pictures or post, so here it is. Our place will be about 4 miles south of downtown SLC, right near the Trax, and about a 4 minute bike ride from Mitch's office. We've realized through this process it's the little things that are getting us most excited... like finally having a DISHWASHER! We love our downtown 30s apartment, but we're definitely ready to escape from things breaking all the time and one-bedroom-dom. It will have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2 car garage. I can't even imagine not parking on the streets and worrying about our car getting broken into every night! We signed about a month ago, building started 2 weeks ago, and we'll be done around the end of October. So for all you non-Salt Lakers, after October you are welcome to come stay (much better than the couch and blow-up bed we've had going on here).

SOOO exciting! I am so happy for you! Hopefully someday we can graduate from one-bedroom-dom too. :) Cant wait to see how it all turns out.
Oh that is so exciting! It sounds like we'll be moving in to a new place around the same time! Only differences is that I will be out there every day exposed to the elements nailing and sawing. I am most excited about having a washer and dryer. I've got the dishwasher. Congrats!

Congratulations!!!! How exciting...man I can't wait for the day that we get a dishwasher and a bigger place! You guys have totally earned it. We'll have to come visit next time we're in UT!

YAY YAY YAY!!! Even though I still cry at night about you not moving to SF, I know you wouldn't have been able to get something as awesome as this so quickly here!! So maybe it's worth it :) SO excited.
So exciting!! Congrats! I'm really happy for you. And jealous. We won't be able to afford to buy a house where we want to live until 2052. Sigh.
Thrilling! I can't wait to come and visit. It will be ages until Dan and I have a place of our own, so we'll have to live vicariously through you.
