Week of Firsts

Emerson’s first pro baseball game (well it was only the SL Bees, but still a great time). They played the Tacoma Rainiers for opening night, so E sported the Mariners’ gear.

First Hike of the Year. It has finally been nice enough out for some hiking (last weekend it was nice enough, and then we had a hail storm yesterday). Emerson was so happy riding on Mitch’s back. Mitch was pretty happy too, I’d say. {Tired little guy fell asleep all squished in the blanket!}2010-04-21 001_thumb

First Kiss. It was really more of an arm suck, but he was just enamored with miss Lola Ivins. She is 3 months his senior, but they just couldn’t get enough of each other.E and Lola_thumb

Also a first, I finally decided to learn how to make a collage on the blog.

I LOVE that you have already been to a baseball game and went hiking. I somehow think that it is still too cold, but now I know better. We will follow in your footsteps.

I LOVE YOUR BATHROOM! I LOVE THE SPRAY PAINTED FRAMES! What an awesome idea. For the home improvement backward, like me, you give me hope and inspiration.

I can't be sure, but it looks like E is wearing a dew rag in those hiking pictures. If so, that is quite possibly the coolest thing I have ever seen.

They do love hiking! We have one of the kid carriers too, and it is awesome. It is a fun thing to think that you are experiencing their firsts with them. It looks like true love, even if she is older ;)

Well it doesn't matter who E kisses, as long as Ada is the last one he kisses ;)
How did you make the collages? I love them!

You guys!! So fun. I love the arm suck slash first kiss. Haha! And the hiking backpack looks like a lifesaver. I love all the little baby gear they have out there! PS- I am going to have to try making your banana cupcakes! Allen just threw out our old bananas, so I guess I'm going to have to wait another week...
