Banana Cupcakes

The perfect treat those leftover bananas. I added some flour to my banana bread recipe to make them more cake-like, baked for 20 minutes, and then added cream cheese frosting with a caramel crumb topping. Yumm. I had to deliver some to friends so we didn’t eat all of them in one sitting.

Mmm... yum! I am on a banana kick lately. We found such a good banana bread recipe, but I never thought to just add more flour to make it into a cupcake! Great idea! It looks so good. Have any other recipes to share? I'd love them!! And did you take this pic? Very cool.
