Since our go-to photographer Jylare doesn’t live here anymore we had to look around this year for a photographer. One of my good friends likes and studies photography, but doesn’t have a business or any formal training. I thought it was no big deal when we discussed family pictures and she offered to do ours for us… until I saw how talented she was! Holy cow I felt a little bad. She really should be charging the big bucks for her skills. She knew just how to get the lighting perfect, did lots of cool camera effects, and was quick switching around between settings… which seems to be the most difficult thing to do as a photographer when a baby with a short attention span is involved.
