Halloween

Halloween was definitely more fun this year with a baby around. We had a couple Halloween festivities this year including a party at Mitch’s office, a stake carnival, a party Jordan, Hilary, and I threw in our neighborhood, and a party with Mitch’s family. We got a lot of use out of E’s $10 dragon costume. Mitch was a knight (with a plastic kids’ knight set) and I was a fairy princess.

Here are some photos from our party:

Check out my huge gums and goofy smile. (Have I told you I have the world’s biggest mouth? I’m a bit self-conscious about it. When people ask if anyone can fit their fist in their mouth I’m usually the only one who can. Sometimes I just don’t fess up.)

Jenny went as Flo from the Progressive ads. Genius costume.

Bubba and Jordan went as robbers, Hutch was a bag of money, and Ollie (their dog) was the sheriff. The best part is the sheriff star on Ollie’s bottom.halloween5

Mitch’s best friend from work and hiking buddy Scott has a boy just 2 weeks older than Emerson; Isaac and E accidentally had matching costumes.

Hope everyone had a great Halloween.

Dragon?? Perfect. And I know that it was cold. I mean UT in late October just is. But for some reason the outdoor pictures make me think that it looked hot(?).
