I am always shocked at how many parties our ward is able to put on each year, and also how fun each activity is. We seem to have at least 2 a month. In addition to our Christmas Dinner they throw a Christmas Breakfast with Santa each year. Our good friend Andrew dresses up as Santa. We decided against paying for mall photos and sticking to the ward Santa.
Here are the Santa pictures. Basically Emerson was not phased. He doesn’t usually care who is holding him, he just wants to get down.

We had fun with the singing, green and red pancakes, muffins, egg bakes, and more. Emerson chased around a group of 5 year-olds in our ward the whole time—he had a blast, and as always wishes he was a big kid.

Two activities per month?! Those Utah wards...so on top of it. We will be paying for mall pictures. Sigh.
