With the hectic-ness of getting ready for our move it was so nice to have a fun fourth of July. The kids had a blast at the parade. We went to the little town in the country that boasts the biggest 4th of July parade in MN. We were with several families so we go there early and set up a large area for the kids to hang out while we waited.
This little town has the cutest ice-cream & shake outdoor restaurant called Peppermint Twist. We all headed here for some raspberry shakes after the parade.

That night we met up with a bunch of families for a 4th of July party. The kids loved the huge Costco pack of fireworks we all went in on. Oh man the kids went crazy for them.
The babies were there too. (6 months, 3 months, 2 months.)
Love that the kids’ jammies from last year still fit them. So funny.

This is so cute, Shannon. Happy 4th! There's nothing better than celebrating small-town Minnesota style. Hope your move goes well, don't know if you're leaving MN or not, but good luck! There's nothing more stressful than moving.
Nope, we are just moving within Maple Grove ;) I almost think moving in the same town is tougher than moving across states though... It really is so so stressful.
Tell me about it. I moved 7 times within the city of Minneapolis during my college and right out of college years. Exhausting!
Good luck with everything :) Would love to see you one of these days!
