Today our little girl is 2 months old. We took her to the pediatrician to get a check-up (definitely an ordeal, not only getting into the office with both kids but keeping Emerson occupied in the doctor’s office when the doc was running 20 minutes late!). Her stats are below; it was fun comparing them to Emerson’s stats at the same age:
- Weight: 9 lbs. 14 oz. (25th%)
- Height: 22.5 inches (50th %)
-Head Circumference: 38 cm (25th%)
At the same age, Emerson was also 25th % for weight, but was 75th% for height and his head was 50th%.
Every night since Vieve was born, with the exception of two, she has slept from 10pm until at least 4am, sometimes 5am. I’m sure this will change soon, but I am loving this while I can. She coos and laughs when we talk to her, and already seems much more sociable than Emerson was at this age. We were planning to put her in her nursery just before I got hurt, so she’s been in our room since this week. We moved her this week and she’s doing wonderfully! What a sweetheart.
Emerson has really gotten to like Vieve… he always holds her hand in the car while she’s sleeping.
We love our sweet Vieve.

Vieve is so ADORABLE! and she's growing so fast since the first pics we took of her in the "chair"! What a joy she brings to your wonderful family. I'm glad to see that Emerson is finally noticing her, and lovingly at that!
10-4?! Amazing! Love her ruffle pants in the top picture. And the ones with E holding her hand are so sweet!
She is still so tiny and adorable. How Emerson treats his little sister is proof you are an awesome mom!
