My dad led the services and did a great job celebrating my aunt’s life. It was great to see my family even though I missed Mitch and the kids so much!

My Aunt Pat
Recently my aunt Pat passed away, my dad’s oldest sister. Though I never knew her very well and never lived near her after the age of 6, it was still sad for my family and we felt that I should go out to New England for her memorial. I met my sister and my dad out there. We helped arrange the service and met up with my other aunt and her husband also. It was actually a great little family reunion of sorts, and even though there was a lot to be done it was great to see my family.

My FHE tie ins are always a stretch. They mostly revolve around honoring your parents by not kicking mom. Then we sing a song and I bribe River to sit through the prayer with a promise of a treat.
