Genevieve at 18/19 Months

I cannot believe this girl is already 19 months old! She is so sweet and a little sassy too. It might be a little late to update about her at one and a half but this blog is our family journal so I’d love to remember what I can once she’s older!

- She loves to babble, talk, sing and be vocal.

- She will not let anyone feed her and would rather skip a meal than have Mitch or me feed her!

- She goes into her bed at the same time as Emerson (around 7/730) but usually doesn’t fall asleep until 830. She just babbles and plays with her books and stuffed animals.

- She is borderline obsessive about stuffed animals. She loves them, of any kind, and they always comfort her. It’s funny how different kids can be because Emerson never cared at all about stuffed animals.

- She loves nursery but gets excited to leave when we pick her up.

- She loves our one-on-one time whenever Emerson is at preschool. She asks for “more” and “more” music whenever we’re in the car listening to girl tunes after we drop E off.

- She loves babies in books or in movies and says “behbeh” over and over. She loves to point to my belly and say it too. (I think she might have a different opinion once we have another baby.)

- She loves our school time every morning. When school time is over I catch her with our pointing stick pointing out numbers, colors, and shapes. It’s so sweet.

- She can’t stand cold or snow. She freaks out if the snow touches her, even when she’s in a full snow suit. It’s kind of hilarious.

- She is pretty much always happy, but when she gets upset she has some pretty big tantrums. The flopping on the floor is our favorite:

Wearing Emerson’s shoes. She loves to put on my boots or Emerson or Mitch’s shoes. She also loves coloring so we try to color a little every day and for FHE too.

Still enamored with daddy. When he gets home every day from work she screams “DADDY, DADDY, DADDY.” If he’s on a business trip she goes up to pictures of Mitch around the house and sighs “daaadddddy.”

Loves E’s friend Violet so much. She is so happy when V is around.

Terrified of car washes.

Still obsessed with sunglasses!

Hoping this little sweetie survives not being the baby anymore ;) She is such a blessing to us. We love you Vievers!
